PLASTIC BRAINS &TOXIC BRAINS


The human body is the product of what is being build out of genetics and what we take in and process inside.The food are the basic elements which decide what our body ,brain and mind should be and  should behave.

Along with the food  we take lots of  toxins and unwanted things are being entered into our body.

These include- food additives-
 easily absorb-able sugars -which can cause sugar shooting in brain-
chemicals from preservatives in various food in tins and packets-
colours and sugars-
Besides the type of food we eat is of what quality?How much nutritive value it ha?
particularly those processed ones which has little or no nutrients.
From drugs -legal and illegal

 Psychologist colleague in US Dr Philbate says there are two types of tomatoes, one looking beautiful in super stall bags and the other grown in slums and sell in street.
The former one is plastic tomato  which has no taste and the other one tasty with minerals.

Materials enters in our body through smoke ,air and plastics we burn,factories and vehicles.

All of us eat plastics every day morning before breakfast or before bed tea in the form brush and paste.Everyday rubbing can give little by little dose ,some times through bilingual direct to the brain.

 It has to be studied where all these going to be deposited? Definitely it is going into our brains which can have unpredictable effects.

ADHD,AUTISM,LEARNING DISABILITY AND MANY MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS ARE INCREASING IN ENORMOUS RATE IN ALL COUNTRIES INCLUDING DEVELOPED COUNTRIES.Nobody knows the exact reason for this.

One major reason is attributed to pollutants and toxins entering to our brains from gut and otherwise.It makes our brains to behave in unpredictable manner.
How to get out of it ?? there are natural and nutritional solutions to it.
